This year we are running two different activities:
Collection of Christmas treats i.e. chocolates, biscuits, large bottles of drink (non- alcoholic). These items would need to be with us by Friday 18th December.
“Reverse” advent calendar. For those unfamiliar with this idea: for every day of advent, place an item from our shopping list in a box/bag and in the New Year drop it off to us.
We have a shopping list that is kept up to date with the things we need most. Please refer to this if you want to identify particular items to donate.
Unfortunately, we cannot take perishable food, out-of-date food, alcohol or medicines.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to run things a little differently this year:
Donations need to be delivered to the Portacabins, behind St. Matthew’s Church.
St. Matthew’s Pre-School is using the Church Hall next to the Portacabins, so we need
to manage the number of people congregating – in particular around the times that
children are dropped off/collected.
Large donations must therefore be booked in for delivery so that we can manage the number of people arriving at key times – please contact us to do this.
We have limited resources available to collect donations but if you need this, please contact us to make arrangements.
Please contact us with any questions and/or to:
